1. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only once the required advance payment has been received and acknowledged in writing by our team via email or WhatsApp. Rates quoted are per [room / property] and per night unless stated otherwise.

2. Identification

All guests are required to present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in, in line with local regulations.

3. Rates & Inclusions

Room rates include [meals / amenities included]. Jeep experiences, off-property excursions, and any activities beyond standard on-site offerings are chargeable separately, as outlined on our Experiences page.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to follow our Guest Guidelines throughout their stay. Greensoul Ecostay reserves the right to refuse service or end a stay early, without refund, in cases of behaviour that endangers other guests, staff, or the property.

5. Liability

Greensoul Ecostay is set within a natural, forested environment. Guests take part in outdoor activities, pool use, and treks at their own risk, and are advised to exercise reasonable caution at all times. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions. In such cases we will work with guests to reschedule where possible.

7. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply to your stay.

8. Governing Law
